I woke up on a gloomy and rainy Saturday to see that my alarm clock had not gone off and I was late to my meeting. I rushed out of bed and when I glanced out the window I saw two black crows looking in. I quickly pushed the thought away and continued to get ready. I hurried out of my apartment and remembered to grab my umbrella. As I got downstairs, I decided to open my umbrella before I got outside to save some time. Immediately after, I slipped on the wet floor and came crashing down. Embarrassed, I stood up and looked around hoping that nobody had seen me. When I left the building I immediately saw a stray, black cat sitting under a covering. I was not having any luck today and hopefully I would be able to make it to my meeting without any other incidents. Unfortunately, I had no idea that my bad luck was just getting started.

I had a project due the next day and I needed to remember my poster. I left it on the floor in my living room so that I wouldn't forget it. I woke up the next morning and I was in such a hurry that I didn't even have time to brush my hair. I took my dog out to go to the bathroom and brought him back inside. He's been teething these past few days and he tore apart my shoes the other day. I grabbed my backpack quick and got into my car. As I was nearing the high school, I realized that I had forgotten my poster. I was supposed to present 1st mod, so I ended up turning around to my house to retrieve the poster. I went inside to find my poster was torn into pieces by my dog. I got sad and ended up redoing the whole entire poster that day. My teacher was very strict so I can only imagine what she'll do to me the next day.
