  4. Ramshackle - Needing substantial renovations, the RAMSHACKLE house was abandoned until the owners could afford to improve its condition.

    Abstemious - Parents are often more ABSTEMIOUS in their children in that they focus on providing for their kids before indulging in their own desires.
